STRENGTH CLASS

Description: Strength class with PITMaster Ving. Learn proper lifting techniques and get your base strength up. We focus on barbell work in this class. And a program will be given to you after you complete phase one of our program.

While you probably won't be heaving and panting like in our METCON classes. It will definitely make you stronger. And Metcons will thus be easier.

All newcomers have to attend the phase 1 class before they can attend this class.
