TACFIT® is teaching the body to act as an integrated whole in every action. Its goal is simple: to increase the body’s ability to perform as a single motorized unit under stressful conditions. Hence the name, TACFIT, or Tactical Fitness.
Progressive exercises chosen are functional, improvised movements. They are made to challenge the neuromuscular system, i.e. how your brain and your muscles communicate. Effort will come from efficient movement, thus minimizing discomfort and maximizing the benefits of the workout. Some of our athletes who have benefitted from the TACFIT programme include the Singapore Women’s Softball team and professional local soccer team, Tampines Rovers.
TACFIT at the PIT can be done in small groups or at a personal training level.

FLOWFIT® is a 4-phase, incrementally-progressive, multi-movement chain based on Prasara Body-Flow Yoga™. To be fit, not just in the short-term, but long-term, you need to address every angle of the human motor condition, called The Six Degrees Of Freedom, namely:
•Heaving: moving up and down
•Swaying: moving left and right
•Surging: moving forward and back
•Pitching: tilting up and down
•Yawing: turning left and right
•Rolling: tilting side to side
By specifically addressing each of the six degrees of human movement freedom in one concise Prasara flow, amazing results happen not just immediately, but perpetually.

At the PIT, our Muay Thai training includes training with our coaches on Thai pads, focus mitts, heavy bags, and occasional sparring. Training in specific tactics and strategies is conducted by PIT fighters, Bruce and Juan. Our personal trainers are not Muay Thai coaches, which is why we leave it to our two experts to teach the “Art of 8 limbs”.
Thai pad training is the main tool used during our Muay Thai sessions. These pads are used to absorb the impact of the fighter’s strikes and allow the fighter to react to the attacks of the pad holder in a live situation.
Focus mitts are also used to train a fighter’s hand speed, punch combinations, timing, punching power, defence, and counter-punching and may also be used to practise elbow strikes.
Heavy bag training is a conditioning and power exercise that reinforces the techniques practised on the pads.
Sparring is a means to test technique, skills, range, strategy, and timing against a partner. At the PIT, sparring is kept at a light to medium contact exercise; unless, of course, when training our competitive athletes.
The other good news: your Muay Thai training can be incorporated into your other personal training programs at the PIT. Train Hard. Fight Easy
