Description:
Strength class with PITMaster Ving. Learn proper lifting techniques and get your base strength up. We focus on barbell work in this class. And a program will be given to you after you complete phase one of our program. While you probably won't be heaving and panting like in our METCON classes. It will definitely make you stronger. And Metcons will thus be easier. All newcomers have to attend the phase 1 class before they can attend this class.

Description:
Sinners, pay penance!! Met Con with PITMaster Ving Met Con" = "metabolic conditioning". The objective of the Met Con workout is to do as much work as possible in the shortest time. Though bodyweight training is essentially used in our workouts to promote 360 degrees of motion, a variety of tools are also used in our Met Con program at the PIT. These include suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbells and clubbells - Just to name a few. Our Met Con workouts are progressively planned but will however, leave you gasping and wondering why god didn't create more oxygen in the world.
