Description:
STRENGTH CLASS (PHASE 1) with PITMaster Ming To ensure everyone gets their workout in, this class is catered for newcomers and trial sessions. Now being a newcomer doesn't make you a beginner. It just means it gives us time to check your form AND also to explain the processes to you. And if you do happen to be a beginner, it allows us to give you more attention.

Description:
Met Con with PITMaster Ming Met Con" = "metabolic conditioning". The objective of the Met Con workout is to do as much work as possible in the shortest time. Though bodyweight training is essentially used in our workouts to promote 360 degrees of motion, a variety of tools are also used in our Met Con program at the PIT. These include suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbells and clubbells - Just to name a few. Our Met Con workouts are progressively planned but will however, leave you gasping and wondering why god didn't create more oxygen in the world.
